I recently worked with Andy at my new home in Cranbrook. The whole experience was great! I was able to get an appointment in a short time frame to accommodate subject removal dates. He spent hours inspecting and came up with details that were super small but rather important to note. The best part, I don't live in town, so he worked with my realtor to FaceTime a tour around the place and point out what I needed to know. Plus, he did a post-inspection call with my husband as well later in the evening, which in my books is going above and beyond. I don't plan on buying a home again anytime soon but if I did, I'd work with Any again. I highly recommend him!
